Jessica Ewing

With nearly two decades of experience in the dental industry, Jessica began her career as a dental nurse before becoming an Oral Health Therapist. Passionate about preventative care, she loves helping patients of all ages achieve healthy smiles, with a special focus on treating children. As the owner of Junction Village Dental, Jess is committed to delivering gentle, high-quality care using the latest technology.
Dr. Brian Lawler
BDSc (Hons)Dentist
Twenty years on from graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland in 2005, Dr Brian Lawler is still focused on the same thing: doing good work, quietly and carefully. He's a generalist at heart, with a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry — and a long track record of high-quality root canals and crown and bridgework. Calm and easygoing, Brian takes the time to explain things in plain English and reaches for whatever tools and tech the job calls for.
Dr. Heather Oesterheld
DMDDentist
Dr Heather graduated from The University of Sydney with a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2020 and has since looked after patients across Muswellbrook, Scone, and Cessnock. She loves all things general dentistry and is big on gentle care, good chats, and making sure no one leaves the chair feeling in the dark. She also teaches at university, runs, swims, and is on a serious mission to find Newcastle's best coffee.
Dr. Annamaria Sordillo
Dentist
Gentle, caring, and patient, Dr Anna is passionate about helping people feel at ease, especially those who are anxious about dental visits. Always happy to take the time to listen and explain each step, she makes sure every patient feels comfortable and looked after. She obtained a Master in Dentistry from the University of Brescia in 2016 and has since co-authored several research papers, bringing her love for learning into the everyday practice. She enjoys all areas of general dentistry, with a special interest in implants. Ask her about her recipe for a great tiramisù!
