Dear Valued Patients,

I’m writing to share an important personal update regarding my role at Junction Village Dental.

As many of you know, I stepped back from ownership over 12 months ago, entrusting the practice to Jessica Ewing. Over the past year, Jess and her team have led the clinic with dedication, warmth, and professionalism, and I have been proud to support her throughout this transition.

After much consideration, I have decided to further reduce my clinical days at the practice as I prepare for my permanent relocation to Sydney. From the end of January, I will no longer be available for regular weekly appointments. However, I will continue to work on an ad-hoc basis to complete any ongoing treatment plans and help ensure continuity of care during this transition until the end of February.

This decision comes with mixed emotions, but also with complete confidence in the outstanding care you will continue to receive at Junction Village Dental. I have seen firsthand how Jess has nurtured the practice, supported the team, and upheld the values that have always been at the heart of this clinic. Knowing the practice continues to thrive under her leadership brings me great comfort and pride.

It has been one of the greatest privileges of my career to care for you and your families. Thank you for your trust, your conversations, and the many moments over the years that have meant more to me than you may realise. Being part of your lives has truly been an honour.

Please rest assured that your dental care remains in excellent hands. In addition to Jess, we are fortunate to have Dr Brian Lawler and Dr Peter Holgate continuing to provide exceptional care.

You may still see me from time to time in the clinic during this transition, and if our paths cross, it will be a genuine joy.
